Susan,
I have to following comment for this subdivision.
1. Consider rotating the lots 90° and extending the sewer up to the second lot to eliminating the
easement and the excess bends in the sewer laterals. The current layout of the sewer is less
then ideal and may cause issues in the future.
2. Current roadway is on private property. The layout in this area is not ideal.
3. Consider making the connection to the Proposed sidewalk on the south side of Penn St to the
East side walk on Richard Ave
4. The Curb box for the water should be between the Curb and the sidewalk.
5. Show proposed address.
6. The existing house is on two separate lots if the house is to stay it should be consolidated
