Good Morning Susan,
The sidewalk is a good addition to development. However, I defer to DPW as they fall
under their purview.
Looking at the proposed driveway for lot 1, it appears that the driveway in total
length is about 15 feet. There is no provided scaling bar on the plan so I used the
10 ft setback as a reference. With that short of a driveway there is no way a
vehicle can park in that driveway without over hanging the sidewalk, it should be at
least 20 ft to accommodate a vehicle.
Thank you,

Great, Andy, thanks! The PB asked that the applicant extend the sidewalk along
Richard and connect to existing sidewalk across the street (other side of Richard).
Please let me know if you have any comments/concerns with this revised plan
(attached).
Many thanks!!

Good Afternoon Susan,
After reviewing the provided site plan and with the development on these street we
are proposing to implement the attached signage plan; this a typical signage layout
for a curve per the MUTCD. Being that these are already City streets it will fall to
our department to implement said signage plan. From there we will monitor the area
and if needed we would then propose stop control at this intersection. Please let me
know if you have any questions.
Thank you,

Hi Andy,
You reviewed this project - 23 Richard Ave. subdivision (attached). At the Planning
Board meeting it was mentioned that a stop sign might be helpful at the intersection
of Richard and Penn. What do you think?
Thanks!
