As a neighbor who has a driveway near where this new development would enter- i can foresee safety issues with traffic crossing over each other to turn in and out of the the different roads and driveways. I do not support the entrance to Rt. 50 and would suggest using the Hutchins Rd Drive as their main passage to dwellings. As a neighbor who's property is most affected by this project, (it borders our land on 2 sides ), I am also concerned about how this development will effect the surveyed wetlands that border their property line.
