These durable, aesthetically pleasing components will keep up appearances year after yearDQG UHTXLUHOLWWOHWRQRPDLQWHQDQFH. Our unique hollow construction system creates a lightweight, durable component. Our twostep installation procedure insureV Dquick and accurateLQVWDOODWLRQ. The wall thickness of WKHYDULRXVcomponents is provided on each product page. The walls are thick enough to provide a solid feel with a surface density VLPLODUWRyellow pine. The Material All Durabrac® components are manufactured from a high grade of cellular PVC9inyl. Durabrac® components have the feel and weight of wood. We select our raw material based on color, stability and UV protection. No painting is required. You can leave them natural white. +RZHYHULf you desire, Durabrac components can be easily painted with a quality latex paint. No special priming is needed and our components resist paint peeling and cracking because Durabrac® components do not absorb moisture. Custom Durabrac® componentV that are specified into a project will be priced and set up for production in advance. Installation guidelines Time is money and labor costs are high. We make it a point to design every Durabrac® component for ease of installation, so you can keep your labor costs at a minimum. Durabrac® components are easily modified or trimmed to fit around molding and irregular siding using common wood-working tools. If your components need to be notched or trimmed the same way, we can apply the design change to the component during manufacture to eliminate the need for trimming in the field. The dense cell structure of the vinyl used to manufacture Durabrac® is ideal for accepting and holding fasteners. We recommend using stainless steel deck screws or stainless steel nails. Drier climates can substitute stainless steel with galvanized. The use of a nail gun is acceptable. Adjust the pressure high enough to drive the nail head just under the surface of the vinyl. Too much pressure may damage the surface. Most Durabrac® Builder Components are secured to customer supplied wood blocking. This block is cut to fit the inside opening of the component being installed. Vinyl lumber may be substituted for the wood blocks. A thin bead of latex caulk is recommended at any point where the components come in contact with the structure. Painting guidelines All Durabrac® are weather proof and do not need to be painted. A properly painted component will be resistant to all common paint failures like cracking, peeling and checking. Water seeping behind paint is the most common cause of paint failure. This will not occur on a water resistant Durabrac® component. Please note that a painted component is subject to fading, especially darker paint colors. It’s best to consult your paint professional to pick colors that are less likely to fade. Repainting is much easier because scraping and sanding is not required. Note! Most of the Durabrac® Builder Components are fabricated by laminating and attaching parts. This process creates seams and thin glue lines that may be visible when viewed up close. Apply two coats of a quality latex paint to hide manufacturing seams. Prepare the component to be painted by washing with a grease cutting detergent. Any good dishwashing detergent will work. Apply the paint with an HVLP spray gun for best results. A Wagner™ Sprayer is a HVLP gun commercially available for home or limited commercial use. Applying the paint by brush and or roller is also acceptable. No special primer is needed. Do not paint using oil base paints. Oil based paints and stains are not compatible with the vinyl used to fabricate our components. Ordering guidelines and Special order options For orders with no special instructions or changes the website is the best way to order. We can take your order over the phone should you wish to do so. Production times posted on the website are for small to medium size orders. Large orders need to be given more time. We can discuss you needs on an individual bases. Builder components are attractively priced. Larger quantities will reflect a lower per unit price. This discount could be as much as 40% for many of the components. Rev. 06/14/22 Page 4 of 4 CONTRACTOR SELECT ESXF SERIES LED INTENDED USE: The ESXF LED floodlight is designed to provide a cost effective, energy-efficient solution for the one-for-one replacement of existing traditional sources ranging from 150W quartz up to 400W metal halide. ESXF is well suited for general illumination of parking lots, signage, yards, walkways, landscaping, and other floodlighting applications. ESXF luminaires deliver a uniform, wide flood 7x7 light distribution. CONSTRUCTION: The ESXF LED floodlight features sealed die-cast aluminum body and is IP66 listed to withstand moisture and the elements for years to come. ELECTRICAL: ESXF features adjustable lumen output include, low, medium, and high. (ESXF P0 static only). Switchable CCT includes between 3000K(warm), 4000K(neutral) or 5000K(daylight) and a selectable dusk to dawn photocell that automatically turns the fixture on in the evening and off the next morning. Standard 6kVsurge protection tested in accordance to ANSI/IEEE C62.41.2)Category C. ESXF LED luminaries use MVOLT (120-277V) as well as UVOLT (120-347V) on select models. Adjustable lumen output is achieved with 0-10V continuous dimming capable drivers, ensuring system power factor>90% and THD <20%.
