SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY I 2866 Involving the premises with Tax Parcel ID# I 78.48- I -45, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site plan review of an approximate 2,000 sq. ft. garage for storage associated with an existing office in the Urban Neighborhood (T-4) District. In accordance with the requirements set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Article I 3.5 Site Plan Review, the Chair of the Planning Board in consultation with City planning staff reviewed per administrative action procedure ( I 3.5 D.): C� In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 6 I 7 the proposed action was determined to be a Type II action. C� In accordance with GML 239-m the Saratoga County Planning Board issued referral response, "No Significant County-Wide Impact" per letter dated February I 5, 2023. C� Approve the site plan set with revision date February I 0, 2023 with the following condition: • Satisfaction of all technical review comments and final plans by City Engineer's Office The applicant is required to: ■ Provide documentation of conformance with the condition of approval. ■ If applicable, deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by the City Engineer to the City. This must occur prior to final signature by the Planning Board Chair. ■ Submit two (2) paper copies and one ( I ) electronic copy of the final approved site plan set for signature by the Planning Board Chair within ei�hteen ( I 8) months of approval as per Article I 3.5 of the Unified Development Ordinance. Note: this approval shall expire within eighteen ( I 8) months of the signature of final plans if the applicant has not started actual construction as per Article I 3.5 of the U DO.
