I 77.-I-62.2 I 2 in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site plan review of an 8,I 00 sq. ft. addition to a previously approved site plan and associated site work in the Industrial - General District (I N D—G). In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6 I 7, the Planning Board classified the action as an Unlisted Action and issued a Negative SEQRA Declaration for a similar project on May 6, 202 I (PB#202 I 0 I 98). In reviewing the changes as part of this application the Board determined the following: C� Findin�that no new or different environment impacts likely would result as part of the application that were not previously considered by the Board. And, in accordance with Site Plan Review approval standards in the Unified Development Ordinance,Article I 3.5, the Planning Board issues the following decision on February 23, 2023 passed 6-0 in favor: Torpey, Pingel, Fabozzi, Marshall, McTygue, Morrison: C� Approve site plan set with revision date I I/28/22 with the followin�conditions (from the 5/6/2 I NOD): • The Board grants a waiver to permit the number of parking spaces to exceed 20%over the minimum requirement for the warehouse use (I 5 additional parking spaces) per 6.2.3. • Tree protection detail to be included in the final plan set. • Tree protection measures for the five existing trees along Freedom Way shall be installed prior to any site work. • The seven existing trees to be removed shall be replanted or replaced on the site. • Final plans shall be provided to the satisfaction of the City's designated engineer and DPW. The applicant is required to: I. Provide documentation of conformance with all required conditions of approval. 2. Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by the City Engineer to the City. This must occur prior to final signature by the Planning Board Chair. 3. Submit one (I) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved site plan set for signature by the Planning Board Chair within ei�hteen (I 8) months of approval as per Article I 3.5 of the Unified Development Ordinance.
