NOTICE OF DECISION
IN THE MAI�fER OF THE LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT APPLICATION #ZO22 I I I 6 OF
AGROCHEM USA, LLC LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
26 FREEDOM WAY
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY I 2866
Involving the premises with Tax Parcel ID# I 77.- I -62.2 I 2 and I 77.- I -67, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on
an application for a lot line adjustment within the Industrial — General (IND — G) District with the Planning
Board who met on February 23, 2023 and made the following decision(s):
In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 6 I 7 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short
Environmental Assessment Form Parts I and II, made a motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration on
February 23, 2023;
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), the
Planning Board issued the following decision on February 23, 2023:
C� Approve the lot line adjustment as presented per survey map dated December I , 2022
The applicant is required to complete the following as per the City's UDO:
• Submit two (2) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by
the Planning Board Chair.
• File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as
provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law.
Approval of the final plat expires within one year after the resolution granting such approval unless all
requirements stated in such resolution have been certified and completed 14 of the UDO.
