involving the determination of Architectural/Historic significance for an existing commercial structure
within the Transect-4 Urban Neighborhood District, tax parcel # 165.72-1-22.1, within the City of
Saratoga Springs.
Consistent with Section 7.5.11 "Demolition" of the City's Zoning Ordinance, the Design Review Board
determines on February 15, 2023 that the structure noted:
Does not have Architectural and/or historical significance contributing to the historic fabric and
resources of the City of Saratoga Springs.
Record of vote: motion to approve made by T. Ehinger, seconded by R. DuBoff: passed 7-0
