Block $ Lot B on the Assessment Map
of the City of Saratoga Springs, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be sub-
mitted to and approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., conditioned
nevertheless
1. That apprQval ns given on the revi d plan with the wash
water recycled and limited to that type of use.
2. The permit is also granted on the assurance that the
installation wi11 be in compliance with plans and bookJ.et - Exhibit. #2

The Board points out that the balance of Congress Gas & Oil
