Comments I would like to first state I am against any zoning variance to the
Stewart's Marion Ave Property. I have watched and read
Stewart's proposal for a Area Variance for the property on
Marion Ave and what I did not see in Stewart's presentation
was how this zoning variance was consistent with the 2015 City
Comprehensive Plan since the properties invoked with this
variance request is in Conservation Development District
(CDD) within the City's Comprehensive. I would also like the
zoning board members to take a look at section 4.0 Future
Land Use of the City's Comprehensive Plan before granting
any area variance to Stewart's Marion Ave project.
