The 2 021 addition was approved by the City PB but never built. The applicant now proposes to construct the 2 021 approved 16,0 50 s.f. addition plus an 8,100 s.f. addition for a total of a 2 4,150 s.f. addition. The site size is proposed to be increasesed by LLA acquisition of 1.38 acres adjoining present holdings. Location: access site from Freedom Way off of Duplainville Rd (CR# 46) 177.-1-62.212 Industrial General (IND-G) District Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on January 26, 2023. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on February 16, 2023. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: April, 2021 site plan reviewed by SCPB 33,817 s.f. existing 16,050 s.f. addition proposed, reviewed, NSCW/ICI No action to date taken by the owner/applicant on the city planning board's subsequent approval. Back to SCPB w/a southern addition of 8,100 s.f. beyond the 16,050 applied for and approved (total addition of 24,150). Office and inventory/storage area added internally. 6 new loading docks. No new utility connections. 2 new curb cuts onto Freedom Way; no access to county road. SWPPP req'd for amount of disturbance. On-site SWMA.
