SF) for high-tech meeting area.

Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on November 19, 2018.
Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on December 4, 2018 .
Decision: No Significant County Wide or Inter Community Impact
Comment:
In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Saratoga
Springs Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board, the above referenced site
plan review has been reviewed by staff and with necessary concurrence has been deemed to
present no significant countywide impacts.
The applicant needs to obtain a curb cut permit for the second (additional) point of access to
the site from the county road. Gary Meier of Saratoga County DPW can be reached at 518-
885-2235 or gmeier@saratogacountyny.gov regarding the permit process .
