The variance shall expire on March 28, 2024 unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the Zoning Ordinance or otherwise further extended. It is so moved, dated: February 6th, 2023 Adopted by the following votes: AYES: 6 (G. Simpson, B. Gallagher, C. Grey, B. Dailey, E. Bergmann, A. Smith) NAYES: 0 This variance shall expire 18 months following the filing date of such decision unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the Unified Development Ordinance.
