Changes made after the 2nd meeting:
Area Reductions
• The width of the house was reduced by 1' (30 SF coverage reduction)
• The depth of the house was reduced by 1' (57 SF coverage reduction)
• The window seat footprint and roof overhang was reduced by 2' (16.7 SF coverage reduction)
• The area between the porte-cochere and house was reduced by 6" (5 SF coverage reduction)
• The width if the rear patio was decreased by 1' (8 SF coverage reduction)
• The rear porch roof was reduced by 90 SF (no additional reduction calculated because patio
remains)
• An Additional 66.1 SF was reduced after realizing that we had double counted the patio beneath
the rear porch overhang
Setback Adjustments
• The south side setback went from 4.00 (originally)to 5.00(last meeting)to 7.14' (now)—as
result of footprint and overhang adjustment
• The garage was moved 0.50' west increasing the setback from 2 to 2.50' on the east lot line.
