City Hall - 474 Broadway JANET CASEY w ,, aalp Saratoga Springs, New York 12866 TODD FABOZZI z'oc}' f ` Tel: 518-587-3550 fax: 518-580-9480 RUTH HORTON ° www.sarato a-s rin s.or AMY RYAN, Alternate �'� 9 p 9 9 SHAWNA JENKS, Alternate NOTICE OF DECISION In the matter of the application#18.045 of Macica Final Conservation Subdivision 104 Old Schuylerville Road Saratoga Springs,NY 12866 Involving the premises with Tax Parcel ID#167.-1-77.1, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for a 3-lot final residential conservation subdivision within the Rural Residential (RR) District with the Planning Board who met on June 20, 2019 and made the following decision(s) with a 7-0 vote (In favor: Torpey, Totino, Bristol, Casey, Fabozzi, Horton, Boivin): Issued final approval of the 3-lot subdivision as per the requirements set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations with the following conditions: • Conservation easement language for the conservation area as identified on the final plan shall include the following: - Provisions for public access, with notice to property owners, for research and educational purposes - Sign details and sign posting of conservation area • Final conservation easement language shall be to the satisfaction of the Planning Board Chair and City Attorney. • No structures to be located within wetland buffer area. • Plans shall be provided to the satisfaction of the City Engineer The applicant is required to complete the following as per the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations: • Submit a fee in lieu of recreation of$2,000 for each new residential lot per Appendix A of the Subdivision Regulations. • Submit a letter or credit or cash escrow as a performance guarantee to the City for required on and off-site improvements as required by the City Subdivision Regulations • Submit two (2) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law. This approval shall expire if not enacted within 180 days as set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations Article II, Section I.
