Saratoga Springs, New York 1 2866 RUTH HORTON 'ORATE Tel: 518-587-3550 fax: 518-580-9480 SARA BOIVIN NOTICE OF DECISION In the matter of the application - #20190292 Pitney Meadows Community Farm 21 3-235 West Avenue Saratoga Springs, NY 12 866 Involving the premises with tax parcel #178.-1 -49.1 , in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site plan modification for relocation of the children's greenhouse building and the addition of a restroom facility building in the Pitney PUD. In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 61 7, the Planning Board classified this request as a Type II action exempt from further SEQRA review. And, in accordance with objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance, chapter 240, article 7.2 "Site Plan Review", the Planning Board issues the following decision on May 2, 2019 (passed 7-0-in favor: Torpey, Totino, Bristol, Casey, Horton, Fabozzi, Boivin): Approve with the following conditions: 1 . Final plans shall be provided to the satisfaction of the City's designated engineer and DPW. 2. Waiver was issued previously from required letter of credit. The applicant is required to: 1 . Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by the City Engineer to the City per Article 7.2.1 5 of the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Ordinance. This must occur prior to final signature by the Planning Board Chair. 2. Submit one (1 ) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved site plans for signature by the Planning Board Chair within eighteen (18) months of approval as per Article 7.2.12 of the Zoning Ordinance.
