NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the subdivision approval extension application #18.034 of:
Jefferson Street Subdivision
41 -45 Jefferson Street
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #178.28-1 -27 & 29, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an
application for an approval extension of a four-lot residential subdivision in an Urban Residential - 2 (UR-
2) District with the Planning Board who met on June 6, 2019 and made the following decision(s) with a 7-0
vote (In favor: Torpey, Totino, Bristol, Casey, Fabozzi, Horton, Boivin):
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classifies this request as a SEQR Type II action
that is exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issues the following decision on June 6, 2019:
IZI Issue 90-day extension from expiration date of original approval
Note:
- This represents the first extension of the subdivision approval and will expire Aug. 15, 2019
- All other conditions of the original approval, granted on November 15, 2018 shall apply.
