involving Extension of a Historic Review approval granted July 2021 for a new single-family residence within the
Urban Residential - 3 District, tax parcel # 165.66-2-70.1, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance Article
240-7.4 Historic Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on February 9, 2023:
Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
Record of vote: motion to approve made by T. Ehinger, seconded by E. Sheehan: passed 5-1
