Hello Zaevai,
The Zoning Board does not have a consent agenda. Please provide the following items.
1) Driveway Width Percentage - The driveway width as a percentage of the lot width, e.g.,
the total lot width at the from is 100ft, and the driveway is 25ft wide which would be 25% of
the lot width being driveway width and would require a variance.

2) Reduce Total Side Relief - Alternate driveway positioning that would reduce the ask for
total side relief. Your existing home is well within the side and rear yard; as such, the Board
feels it necessary to present alternatives that would reduce the total side yard relief requested:
as presented, your home will be 1.6ft from the rear- required 25ft (94%), 2ft north side -
required 8ft ( 75%) and total side will be 10ft- required 20ft (50%). The Board is requesting
alternate plans that would increase the distance between your home and the south side. We
understand the home is existing in its current position and no changes are being proposed to
the rear; however, the Board looks at all existing conditions and the precedence being set

Difference = removal of +/-570SF
