Replace 10 south facing second story windows. Replace 1 second floor East facing window. 11 windows in total. No
changes in size or spacing of windows with the exception of increasing spacing between existing first floor roofline and
bottom of window by a max of 4 inches to prevent current water damage. Windows will be replaced in a 2 over 2 style as
original to the home. 7 of the windows were replaced in the 1980's to vinyl 1 over 1 style. These will be removed and
returned to 2 over 2 to match the rest. Windows will be replaced as new construction not replacement due to significant
deterioration of the wood surrounding. All trim , facia and siding to be replaced in kind of wood to original structure.
