All work must a --farm to all Federal, Slate antl City Codes, specirications, ordinances, rules and regulations. 2. The elevation base for the aantou- and benchmarks ore based on the National Ceodalic Vertical Datum, 1929. 3. Applicant must submit o Letter al Credit Estimate for Praia Site Work to the City Engineer for review and approval. Letter of Credit funds must be posted with the City prior to Planning Board Choir signature on final plan. 4. The Contractor must schedule a pro -construction mooting with the City Engineer prior to any construction. Canatruclion inspections bye a d—gnaled representative of the applicant ore required. The c st of the construction inspection is the responsib6ity or the Applicant/Gavel-per. 5. All proposed easements or rights -of -way dedications must be verified and approved by the City Engineer prior to construction. 6. The Applicant must verify that the proposed project [a modal. the turning movements of any fire truck Thal the fire department designalee. 7. The Contractor must obtain a street opening permit from the Deportment of Wlie Works for any work in the .treat or right of way of any City street or rood or o116y. 8. Contact the Building Inspector for a Blasting Permit. if blasting is required. 9. All points of construction ingress or egress shall be maintained to prevent tracking or Oow,ng of sediment or debris onto a public right-of-way. Additional erosion and sediment control measures also apply. 10. All refuse, debris and miscellaneous items to be removed shall be legally disposed of offsite by the Contractor prior to submission of the As -Built Drawing. 11.
