Through phone conversations, the Village of Ballston Spa has indicated that the necessary potable water infrastructure to service the project is available along Route 50. As a condition to final site plan approval, the applicant shall complete the necessary permitting requirements with the Village of Ballston Spa Water Department and therefore a water service agreement with the City of Saratoga Springs is not applicable for the project.
