To Whom it may Concern:
We have discussed with our neighbors, Isaiah and Christina Vail, their plans and viewed their
proposal to add a garage to their property at 6 Seward Street. Having had sufficient chance to
review and discuss the proposed garage, we have no objections to or concerns with this
project. Further, we have no objections to the Vails keeping their driveway exactly where it is.
We are aware that it is very close to our property line but prefer that it not be shifted just a few
feet to the south, as doing so would require the removal of several trees which we find
beneficial to our property as well as the Vail's. We have lived at our house at 8 Seward Street
for 23 years and do not believe the addition of this garage will have a negative effect on any of
the properties on Seward Street nor the neighborhood in general.
