Comments I am writing to support Witt's plans for this project. The plans
demonstrate a house that fits nicely within the streetscape and
trackside neighborhood. To be honest, the current empty lot is
an eyesore and does not benefit our community. We fully
support a plan which includes houses that will accommodate
full-time families/residences. Such would be a big upgrade to
the stability and growth of our community as opposed to tiny
seasonal track rentals or parking lots.
