Comments Second Property owner Alan Phillips never notified by mail.
Myself notified by mail Chuck stating he is going to appeal for
addition this is the meeting date and time etc. He did also
contact me text-would like to get a letter of approval for his
addition letter going out. I told him I don’t know what I’m
approving as far as the details of his project. I never heard back
from him. A week later night before meeting I got plans
dropped in my mailbox with a letter for me to sign for approval.
I find this to be very informal of the property owner. I would also
like to say my name is Laura Freebern one of the property
owners of 138 west circular street, not the Airbnb next door
which Chuck referred to us as was not relevant in the past
meeting and I am a responsible property owner.
Will gutters be put on the house given it’s over set back?
Permeable space between houses is a small patch of grass
pitched towards 138 west circular property.
How will water be diverted perimeter drain to the road?
Plans of concrete patio also pitching which direction ?
Is there a basement in part of the addition?
Any of the old house coming off ? (Asbestos?).
Attached are the papers informally put in my mailbox the night
before.
