The Board of Managers for the Stone Abbey Condo Association has reviewed a
set of drawings for a proposed dormer on the north-west side of our building. The
board of managers takes no exception to this renovation and expansion to unit 5
owned by Lauritz and Heidi Rasmussen.
Please let this letter serve as evidence that conceptual drawings have been present
to the board of managers. This concept is supported and here by submitted to the
City of Saratoga Springs for review and permitting.
