The applicant proposes to reduce the depth of the building by four(4)feet based on a request from the abutting"Lofts"owners. The adjacent landowners voiced concern over the separation distance between the two buildings and requested the proposed shift. The shift in the building does not affect any of the proposed site improvements. There was no loss in proposed parking and no changes in stormwater management. In addition to the building shift the applicant has been in discussions with the Lofts and UPH to provide a shared trash compactor and recycling containers. Currently there are dumpsters and recycling located at the south end of the shared access easement. The proposed plan would remove these dumpsters and provide a consolidated location for new trash compactor and recycling containers. Use of these would be leased to the abutters. The applicant is respectively requesting an "Administrative Action"determination on the proposed building length reduction and shared trash compactor/recycling container.
