1. Deed Reference: Harriet C. K. Burpee and Jennie L. Decker to Doke Brothers, Inc.,
dated April 12, 1944 and recorded in the Saratoga County Clerk's Office on April
14, 1944 in Book 422 of Deeds at page 42.
2. Deed Reference: Doke Brothers, Inc. to Stewart's Shops Corp., dated February 28,
2019 and recorded in the Saratoga County Clerk's Office on the some date as
Instrument number 2019-5598.
3. Excepting and reserving all lands acquired by the Saratoga County Department of
Highways from "Doke Brothers Realty Co." for 'the proposed reconstruction of Snake
Hollow Road - County Route no. 23" as described in an appropriation deed dated
February 19, 1957 and recorded in the Saratoga County Clerk's Office on February
25, 1957 in Book 639 of Deeds at page 547. Due to lack of current monumentation
and control points, these lands are shown hereon as scaled from appropriation map.
4. Bounds of New York State Route 9N are shown with reference to Map no. 111, Parcel
no. 111 for the reconstruction of Saratoga -Greenfield State Highway no. 443, dated
June 4, 1957 by the New York State Department of Public Works.
5. This survey and map was prepared without the benefit of an up-to-date abstract
of title and is therefore subject to all rights -of -way and easements of record, as
well as any other facts which said abstract would disclose.
