Project Comments,
The proposed project is a mixed used building that includes 15 apartment units. The plan set does not show the
generated parking demand or how they plan to provide any additional parking. This a T-6 zone which does not
require them to provide parking, however the existing parking is heavily utilized and if there is a desire to permit
the on in-street dining there will be potentially no parking in this area. Due to the size of the project there may not
be enough justification to request the applicant to conduit a parking study.
