LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT 439 G�,N� AvE. SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY I 2866 Involving the premises with Tax Parcel ID# I 65.-2-87 & 88, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for a lot line adjustment within the Suburban Residential (SR) District with the Planning Board who met on January 26, 2023 and made the following decision(s): In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 6 I 7 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short Environmental Assessment Form Parts I and II, made a motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration on January 26, 2023; And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), the Planning Board issued the following decision: C� Approve the lot line adjustment as presented with the following conditions: • The applicant shall remove the encroachment of the picket fence into the City's right-of-way • The applicant shall remove the encroachment of the crushed stone driveway on the adjacent property The applicant is required to complete the following as per the City's UDO: • Submit two (2) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law.
