I believe it makes the intersection httpsiim.saratoga-spr[ngs.org/h/printrressage?Id=879888,tz=ArnericaiNew York 1/2 71/2019 Z.mbra of RegattaView Drive and Dartmouth safer and allows Dartmouth to be pushed back toward 9P a bit. If it were a full one way, I think that would allow for a narrower street with less storm runoff. I also think that may help with dedication to the city at site plan approval assuming the width requirements for a one way city street are less than a two way. Not allowing entrance onto Regatta View Drive from Dartmouth alleviates the headlight issue for 6 Regatta View Drive. Pulling the street back towards 9P opens things up to add common space and give some breathing room to 1 and 3 Flying Dutchman Way.
