Neighborhood district, tax parcel # 165 . 00- 7- 1 . 11 , within the City of Saratoga Springs .
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 61 7 , the Design Review Commission classifies this
request as a SEQR Type II action - exempt from further SEQR review
And , in accordance with the objectives , standards and guidelines contained in the City
Zoning Ordinance Article 240- 7 . 5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission
issues the following decision on June 19 , 2019 :
IZI Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note : this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any
necessary building permit has been issued and actual work begun .
Record of vote : motion to approve made by TEhinger, seconded by KCavotta: passed 6-0
