Comments Hi,
I'm a long-time resident of Lake Lonely and currently serve as
the president of the Lake Lonely Improvement Association. As
such I have two concerns, I would like the board to address:
1- With all the development within its watershed Lake Lonely
has become prone to high water flooding. This project plans on
using the existing storm water retention system that is in place.
I ask that this system be reviewed to make sure it meets
current standards in relation to the amount of impervious
surface within this entire property.
2- Lake Lonely is a small lake that has seen an extreme
escalation of boating usage causing a negative impact on those
that live on the lake. Although this property does not have
water frontage, I would appreciate that the board raise the
question of lake usage. Is there plans now or in the future to
use neighboring properties to offer lake usage to guests /
clients? I would encourage the board to include language
restricting such actions.
