Saratoga Springs Planning Board
Attn: Susan Barden
City Hall-474 Broadway
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Re: 138 Nelson, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Dear Susan:
Enclosed please find two sets of the following documents related to our submission to the Planning Board
for a special use permit and site plan review for a corridor rooming house for the above referenced
property:
1. Special Use Permit application
2. Site Plan Application
3. SEQRA short form
4. Filing fee in the sum of$1380
5. Survey of pre-existing site
Pursuant to our recent discussion, a full site plan was not necessary as there are no proposed changes to
the existing site. I have had the survey updated to include the necessary parking spaces for the units, per
the code calculations based on one resident manager and 6 available rooms. Please let me know if
anything further is required. I will be out of the country through July 15, 2019 and would ask to be placed on
the planning board's agenda shortly after my return.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Ve truly yours,
