Window widths reduced, changed to double-hung with 2 over 2 muntin pattern. Existing windows noted on elevation, (to be repaired) • East elevation: Chimney reduced in height due to gas fireplace requirements, stone at entire height, capped with screened shroud. Window width reduced to match existing, double-hung with 2 over 2 muntin pattern. • North elevation: chimney updates and breakfast nook • South elevation: Existing windows to remain indicated, entry door to be refinished • Perspective views updated Carriage House • Proposed windows vs existing windows indicated • Elevations: windows to be re-used vs new, providing egress windows at exercise and office at second floor.
