Aneisha;
The applicant has decided to comply with the side-yard
setback requirements, so will not be seeking a side-yard
variance.
Regarding the percentage of lot coverage, (which I
understand is not an issue due to the UDO requirements),
the calculations are as follows:
Existing House — 20% lot coverage (30% allowable)
Proposed Garage — 10.5% lot coverage
Total Proposed Lot Coverage — 30.5%
Total Allowable Lot Coverage — 40%
These percentages are indicated on Drawing SCH-S which
was part of the original submission package.
If there is no variance required for the lot coverage, then
we will be withdrawing the application from tonight's
meeting.
