Name of Action or Project:
190-194 Grand Avenue-Area Variance
Project Location(describe, and attach a location map):
190-194 Grand Avenue,Saratoga Springs, New York 12866
Brief Description of Proposed Action:
Convert 190-194 Grand Avenue from three apartments to three privately owned residences. The action contemplates area variances from the Zoning
Board of Appeals principally involving setbacks necessitated by the location of the structure on the property and the relief required to subdivide the land
into three individual parcels with property lines that will run through the building. The relief sought from the Zoning Board is in anticipation of a
subdivision application to the Planning Board to create two new lots making a total of three lots on the property. No exterior changes to the building are
contemplated. The sole site change would be the relocation of the shed at the southeast corner of the property.
