1. Elevations updated to reflect the Balcony flat roofs as seen in
3D renderings presented and approved by DRC on 7/15/15,
9/16/15 and 11/4/15 (See attached approved 3D renderings).
The revision is to the corner and rear balconies where we are
changing the solid metal roof to a Welded Wire mesh
in-between the 2”x 6” tube steel structural grid of the flat roof
system. This material will be a product manufactured by
“McNichols” and is a 3” grid steel wire mesh (see images)
In addition all of the balcony floor structure has been upgraded
to tube steel from pressure treated wood previously approved.
These steel components will all be factory finished to match the
columns and beams. No. 3430880048.
2. Balcony roof to match 7/15/15, 9/16/15, 11/4/15 (3D) renderings as approved by DRC (See attached approved
3D renderings)
3. Entry door side lights have been reduced in size to fit the interior lobby width as well the Canopy changed to
have a slight arch for better drainage.
4. “Hardie” board panel color change from 2 color tones of “Timber Bark” trim and “Autumn Tan” flat panels to just
“Timber Bark” at all flat panel locations around the building (trim in these locations stays the same “Timber Bark ”).
5. Addition of scuppers at the ends of the buildings for proper back up roof drainage.
6. Removed large brackets under Box bay at ends of building.
7. Roof Flashing drip edge and Trim color change to “Timber Bark”
8. Rear exit canopies to be simplified from heavy steel structures to light Aluminum and canvas awnings (See color
elevation attached).
