Fabrication and Installation of (2) directory panels signs (modification of existing entrance signs) North entrance addition
of 18" x 96" tenant panels. Box will be made from extruded aluminum with dividers and polycarbonate removal panels
and painted to match existing signage. South entrance will be a 8' x 4' directory panel with 10 changeable panels.
The Springs will be a 24" x 72" MDO backer rpimed and painted with 3/4" HDU raised lettering with an HP graphic logo.

For structures in an architectural district that might be eligible for listing on National Register of Historic Places, or for a
“contributing” structure in a National Register district (contact City staff), provide plans for site development following demolition -
include a timetable and letter of credit for project completion
