NY 12866 To whom it may concern: A copy of the enclosed "Public Hearing Notification- letter advertising for an area variance at 41 Webster St must be sent to property owners at least seven (7) days, but not more than twenty (20) days, before July 8,2019 as follows: "The applicant shall obtain from the City the names and addresses of property owners within a geographic radius nfrom the applicant's subject property boundary as indicated below. Area Variance: 100.feet i (Zoning Ordinance- Section 8.4.5.2). 0 Property owners can be identified via the Saratoga County GIS mapping system. Please find attached hereto. A copy of the enclosed notice must be sent to each property owner address listed, in cit:4: provided envelopes which are available at the Zoning Department. Only city provided notice shall be sent, no additional or self produced materials shall be concluded. — Proof of mailing(a "certificate of mailing") issued from the Post Office must be filed with the Land Use Board Coordinator prior to the hearing. Please note that a "certificate of mailin." is not the same as "certified mail". The "Public Hearing Notification" letter does not need to be sent by "certified mail". El The legal ad will be placed in the Saratogian the Wednesday prior to the hearing. Proof of payment of the legal ad must also be filed with the Zoning Board Secretary prior to the hearing. You will need to stop into the Saratogian billing office prior to the meeting to make the payment. They will not send you an invoice. 0 The applicant or a representative must be present at the meeting to make a presentation before the Board or the Board may not hear the application.
