This project was approved by the ZBA September 2020 and the PB October 2020. The new lot created in the approved subdivision is for sale. The prospective buyer would like the new house to front Taylor St. and would like to relocate the driveway to enter from Taylor St. The proposed modifications are intended to blend the new home into the family friendly Taylor St. neighborhood community as Jefferson St. tends to be used more heavily and more as a thoroughfare for traffic. We respectfully request to be placed on the next available agenda. We thank you for your time and consideration. Please contact my office with any questions or if additional information is required. Thank you for your time and cooperation. Tonya Yasenchak, PE Enc.
