We purchased this property from Ms. Eberlein- it adjoins 44 Ruggles Rd and was part of the 2-lot subdivision. We are asking to be notified of any changes to the plans on 44 Ruggles as it affects our property. We did watch a couple of the meetings and the last meeting was concerning to us as it appears the resolution may be to move the house to where the trees were wrongfully taken down. Although we have not seen the map that the city is proposing, it does sound like it would place the proposed home closer to our property. We are against any changes resulting in the house being moved closer to our home. This could hurt our property value and is not what our understanding was at time of purchase. Sincerely, Abbey McCormick and Joshua Ellithorpe Attach Photo (optional) Field not completed.
