In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR: Q Type II action — exempt from further SEQR review And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance 240-13.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards,the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on November 16, 2022: Q Motion for partial approval, front door needs to be wood, side and back doors may be installed as presented. The south elevation windows labelled I & 2 may be replaced in-kind using wood. The windows on the north and east elevation may be aluminum clad windows. The infill windows on the south elevation are to be wood 6 over 1. All other changes will need to be reviewed by the board at a future hearing. Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and actual work begun.
