NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:

And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
240- I 3.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following
decision on November 2, 2022:
C� Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual worlc begun.
