Area Calculations: Total Lot Size: 15,528 sq.ft. (+/-) Principal Building Coverage: Main House with Roofs: 1,150 sq.ft. New 2 Story addition: 662.0 New 1 story garage: 328 Stoops,decks&steps: 634 Total Principal Building Coverage: 2,774 sq.ft. = 17.9 = 18% < 20%max.allowed Accessory Structure Coverage: Pool with Surround 1,588 sq.ft. Shed: 343 Accessory Structure Building Coverage: 1,931 = 12.4% > 8%max. allowed Pool without Surround: 570 sq.ft. Shed: 343 Accessory Structure coverage w/o surround: 913 sq.ft. = 5.9% < 8.0%max. allowed **Please note that as the Building Dept.has requested the pool surround to be included in the Accessory Structure Coverage,a modification to the ZBA application is herein made to request an area variance for overall coverage of total accessory structures foe 12.4%coverage. The variance requested is 4.4%variance from the 8.0%max. coverage allowed (55%variance). The variance requested appears large,however,the at-grade pool surround 1018 sq.ft. (6.5%coverage) by itself. The actual pool coverage is only 570 sq.ft. (3.7%). Permeability: Total Principal Building with Addition: 2,774 sq.ft. (+/-) Accessory Structures: 1,931 Driveway&Parking: 670 sq.ft.
