This project has been before the Design Review Commission three times to date. The first approval was for the building itself, the second approval was for the location of a cupola on the roof deck and the third approval was for the addition of an exterior roof-deck-to- grade exterior stair at the east end of the building. The first, #2017.105, was approved on 10/23/17. The second, #2017.105.1, was approved on 1/3/18. The third, #2017.105.2, was approved on 6/27/18. This application is for a modification that consists of the addition of a pergola on the roof deck that will be attached to an existing portion of the house second floor, and the removal of the originally proposed west exterior roof-deck-to-grade exterior stair. Attached with this application are a plan and elevation of the approved garage showing the proposed pergola added. Also included is the Notice of Decision for each of the approvals.
