On behalf of the City Engineers OfFice, I have reviewed the application for the 143 W. Circular
Street Subdivision and ofFer the following comments:
1) Include a separate stamped/signed boundary survey map in the plan set, or the
Subdivision Plan must be signed/stamped by a PLS.
2) Subdivision Plan should be Sheet No.1 of the plan set followed by Site Plan.
3) Show existing and proposed topography and/or spot elevations.
4) Show FFE for proposed house.
5) Show proposed street address for new home as well as address of adjacent parcels.
6) Provide streetscape improvements (curb, street lights, etc.) per Planning Board
requirements including City standard details.
6) Label exist. water main as 12". Also show other exist. 6" water main approx. along CL of
W. Circular street.
7) Show location of exist. sanitary and water services to house #143.
8) Label exist. sanitary sewer as 8", show T/F and invert elevations. Label exist. storm sewer
as 24" H D P E.
