NOTICE OF DECISION
IN THE MAI�fER OF THE FINAL SUBDIVISION APPLICATION #ZOZZOO I I OF
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY SUBDIVISION

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY I 2866
Involving the premises with Tax Parcel ID# I 65.74- I -37, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application
for preliminary plat review of a proposed two-lot subdivision within the Urban Residential — 2 (UR-2)
District with the Planning Board who met on March I 0, 2022 and made the following decision(s) by a 7-0
vote (In favor: Torpey, Horton, Fabozzi, Mayo, Doty, Marshall, Pingel).
In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 6 I 7 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short
Environmental Assessment Form Parts I and II, made a motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration on
February I 7, 2022;
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City's Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issued the following decision:
Q Approve the preliminary subdivision plat with the following conditions to be shown on the final plat:
� Driveway to be relocated to the west side of the proposed house on lot 2.
• Vegetative buffering to be installed along the east side property line of lot 2.
• City Arborist to review and approve selected tree species for the plantings in the treebelt.
• Curbing to be installed along the W. Circular frontage of both lots.
The applicant is required to complete the following as per the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations:
• Within six months of the approval of the preliminary plat the owner must submit the plat in final
form. If the final plat is not submitted within six months, approval of the preliminary plat may be
revoked by the Planning Board.
