It should also be noted that it is the applicant's intention to offer the roadways for dedication to the City of Saratoga Springs, at which point, the City of Saratoga Springs would be responsible for ownership and maintenance of the SWM practices." Outside of the catch basins and piping systems located within the road right of way, would the City agree to accept ownership and maintenance responsibilities for all of the SWM practices that are located on private property (infiltration chambers, a dry swale and permeable pavements)? If so access easements would need to be developed for practices outside of the City ROW. Please advise and we will incorporate into our review of the current submission.
