All conditions from December 8, 2016 first modification approval shall continue to apply: ■ Letter of credit shall be established with the City per the amount approved by the City . Englneer. ■ A timeline for all work to be completed shall be established by City Staff. ■ A deed restriction shall be indicated on plans and filed for each individual lot within the subdivision. ■ All remaining no-cut buffer area within the entire Chloe's Way subdivision shall be clearly flagged and maintained to ensure no further disturbance takes place. ■ All mature trees shall be retained. Native and large species trees shall be planted where . possl e. ■ No building permits or CO's will be issued unless there is strict compliance to these conditions. ■ Determination of compliance with SWPPP and any further work that is required shall be made by the City Engineer. 2. A letter shall be sent to Steve Ethier as the original applicant and co-sponsor of the approved subdivision reiterating all required conditions to be met regarding the proj ect. The applicant is required to: ■ Record all approved changes on required as-built for the proj ect.
